A consultation is where your treatment starts — an examination, a conversation about what you want to change, and a written plan you can take away.

What to bring. Any recent dental records, X-rays or CBCT scans you already have, a list of the medicines you take, and notes on any health conditions you manage. If you don’t have records, that’s fine — bring your questions.

Who replies. A patient coordinator contacts you to understand your case and arrange your visit, working in English or Vietnamese.

What follows. After your examination — with CBCT 3D imaging where implants are being considered — you receive a written treatment plan setting out the stages, timing, the anesthesia option suited to your case, and the fees. There is no obligation to proceed, and nothing is booked until you have seen your plan.
